Educated at leading international institutions including Le Cordon Bleu, London, Savour School of Chocolate & Patisserie, Melbourne, and Institute Villa Pierrefeu, Switzerland, her work reflects a refined balance of precision, grace, and storytelling.
Over the years, she has mentored thousands of students globally and collaborated with international brands, cultural institutions, and private circles. Her approach is rooted in intentional creation,where food becomes a bridge between memory, emotion, and meaning.
