Founded by Chef Ratna Saluja, the studio draws from years of culinary training, global exposure, and hands on hospitality experience. The work is shaped by a belief that the most powerful experiences are quiet, intentional, and deeply felt.

From consulting on hospitality ventures to curating chef-led rituals and brand collaborations, The Brand Table exists to help ideas take form, with integrity and care.

About Ratna Saluja

Chef Ratna Saluja is the founder of Baked by Ratna Saluja and the creative force behind The Brand Table. Educated at leading international institutions including Le Cordon Bleu, London, Savour School of Chocolate & Patisserie, Melbourne, and Institute Villa Pierrefeu, Switzerland, her work reflects a refined balance of precision, grace, and storytelling.

Over the years, she has mentored thousands of students globally and collaborated with international brands, cultural institutions, and private circles. Her approach is rooted in intentional creation,where food becomes a bridge between memory, emotion, and meaning.
